Voip telephone systems are revolutionising business communications and it’s not before time. They are also revolutionising business overheads with phone calls being a long lamented cost of doing business. If you haven’t at least experimented with a voip system yet you are risking falling behind the technological curve and also giving up a competitive advantage to your competitor.
I started using Voip a few years ago and was totally dissapointed. But now, after again trying voip telephony I am very pleased with the improvements and will now remain using a voip telephone for good. Yes I still have a landline, but it’s purely as a safeguard for clients to phone me. It’s used for incoming calls while the voip system is used for almost all out going calls. I keep the landline in case of aa blackout which will knock my computer out and hence my phone system which operates on broadband via the net. There are voip solutions out thre where this is no longer a problem and that will be the next communications evolution for my small business. In short I can report that voip telephone systems are making a significant impact on my businesses bottom line and I give them a real thumbs up.
